State-Regions Agreement on the detection of Addiction

The Regional State Joint Conference approves the agreement to establish procedures to ensure that no dependence on workers employed in tasks involving special risks.

The Standing Conference adopted, on 18 September 2008, the agreement on "Procedures for medical examinations in the absence of drug or taking drugs or psychotropic substances in workers engaged in tasks involving particular risks to safety, safety and health of third parties' application of the order of October 30, 2007 (Article 8, paragraph 2).
