Document for the Evaluation of Risks DVR
The employer, as required by the decree 81 2008 must proceed to the identification of all existing risk factors in the company and their mutual interactions, and the assessment of their magnitude. On this basis the employer must identify measures to prevent and plan implementation, improvement and control in order to verify the effectiveness and efficiency.
This is done in collaboration with the Head of Prevention and Protection ( RSPP) and the physician in charge (in cases where health surveillance is required), after consulting the High Representative for Security (RLS ).
At the end of a special assessment is processed document that is stored at the company and that is the point of reference for all those involved in activities aimed at the security company. Contents of the document
In setting up the legislature the document is divided into three parts and contains:
a) a report on risk assessment for safety and health at work.
The report needs to address at least:
- the operational realities regard to any articulated in different physical environments, explaining the elements of the production cycle relevant to the identification and risk assessment, the pattern of the labor process, with reference to both jobs and the tasks and any other useful data;
- the various stages of the procedure followed in the assessment of risks;
- the involvement of business components, with particular reference to the representative of workers' safety;
- professionalism and internal and external resources which has been made where appropriate.
As regards the criteria adopted, the information must include:
- the hazards and associated risks;
- people considered at risk, and any particular groups (categories of workers for whom, than the average workers, the risks to the same danger to subjective causes are comparatively more dependent on the workers themselves);
- code provisions adopted for defining the level of reduction of each of these risks;
- the factors used in the absence of specific references to the law (codes of practice, codes of practice, etc.).
b) the identification of preventive and protective measures taken on the basis of the assessment and personal protective equipment used, stating:
- the action is deemed necessary following the evaluation and those programmed to achieve a further reduction of residual risks;
- the resulting information campaigns and training of employees provided;
- the list of personal and collective means of protection available to workers;
c) the program of measures considered appropriate to ensure the improvement of safety standards over time, highlighting in particular:
- the organization the service of prevention and protection;
- the program for implementing and monitoring the efficiency of security measures are in place,
- the plan for the periodic review of the assessment or occasionally, even in response to the results of control.
