Appointment RSPP
The employer shall appoint the Head of the Prevention and Protection ( RSPP)
This appointment was formalized by a special form (see self-appointed model rssp ) is transmitted to the Labour Inspectorate and the local health units / ASL.
Attached to the statement, the employer sends the following information about the person who held the post of RSPP:
. the tasks in the field of prevention and protection;
. the period in which these tasks have been carried out;
. the curriculum staff.
The formalization of office defines the tasks that compete in RSPP, namely:
. identify and assess risk factors;
. identify the most appropriate to maintain or improve the health and safety in the workplace;
. process control systems for the application of preventive and protective measures;
