... yet it remains the duty of the Unions to preserve operators ensure their rights and to request the necessary revisions to the plans submitted when you identify steps that could compromise the quality of services.
In this context, sharing the need of providing for the reorganization plans, the unions Medical, referring to the Departments of Sanitation, presented orally by the Executive Board on November 22 last, denounce the following:
1) to date has not yet received any official document relating to the reorganization even if unanimously approved by the Office of Management.
Una realtà lavorativa deprivata di qualsiasi possibilità career advancement, has a negative impact on service quality and demotivating staff.
5) In the plan of reorganization should prevail instead of the logic of integration between the existing hospital establishments, while the obligation to ensure the professionalism of practitioners and stimulate growth.
7) We believe that St. Bartholomew's Hospital should be considered an essential and valuable resource to help the troubled path that we hope will bring in a few years construction of the new Hospital del Levante Ligure. We believe that St. Bartholomew's Hospital is considered in recent years, with plans including the closure of Felettino as the "lungs" Health Spezia.
8) Therefore in defining the medium-term programs, we identify the structure of S. Bartholomew as the site of a future Polo monothematic Medical Oncology. To this end we demand the revision of the current integration, right now, with the establishment of a cancer actually "global" permanently and continuously consolidating public health services to which citizens are entitled. E 'known that the cancer diagnosis, plunges people into despair due to the above scenario of uncertainty paths on diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and follow-ups to follow. An integrated health center, which addresses, follow and protect the patient, represents a landmark of the utmost importance, can also prevent "leakage." The St. Bartholomew has all the features needed requirements to do so.
9) We believe that the goal of those who manage health should be to put the citizen and his needs at the heart of the system, making the better structural and professional resources, thereby avoiding decisions that aim only to a mere balance budget. So we insist that the OO.SS.MM., do not oppose the necessary reorganization plan, but want to direct their choices in an overall optical performance with her eyes fixed users.
10) our hope that this statement could stimulate a necessary reflection and discussion around the strategic choices that will shape the entire future of health care in our province stress the importance of choices shared with health professionals Company which can then be made to bear the burden of decisions. The coming years will in fact be the ones to decide critical to the health and Spezzina OO.SS.MM. not meant to remain at the window. The decisions taken today by the Executive Management, in fact, will fall on the shoulders of health professionals and even more on the skin of people across the province for many, many years. We are therefore available to all forces of the technical, political and social, to make our contribution to the realization of an ambitious project, aiming at a single goal that remains the significant improvement of medical care of all the Province.
