The report needs to address at least:
- the operational realities regard to any articulated in different physical environments, explaining the elements of the production cycle relevant to the identification and risk assessment, the pattern of the labor process, with reference to both jobs and the tasks and any other useful data;
- the various stages of the procedure followed in the assessment of risks;
- the involvement of business components, with particular reference to the representative of workers' safety;
- professionalism and internal and external resources which has been made where appropriate.
As regards the criteria adopted, the information must include:
- the hazards and associated risks;
- people considered at risk, and any particular groups (categories of workers for whom, than the average workers, the risks to the same danger to subjective causes are comparatively more dependent on the workers themselves);
- code provisions adopted for defining the level of reduction of each of these risks;
- the factors used in the absence of specific references to the law (codes of practice, codes of practice, etc.).

b) the identification of preventive and protective measures taken on the basis of the assessment and personal protective equipment used, stating:
- the action is deemed necessary following the evaluation and those programmed to achieve a further reduction of residual risks;
- the resulting information campaigns and training of employees provided;
- the list of personal and collective means of protection available to workers;

c) the program of measures considered appropriate to ensure the improvement of safety standards over time, highlighting in particular:

We talk about interference in the situation where there is a "dangerous contact" between the staff of the principal and contractor or between staff of different companies operating in the same home with different contracts. In principle, it is necessary to relate the risks present in places where it will provide the service or supply with the risks arising from the contract. The DUVRI deve essere redatto solo nei casi in cui esistano interferenze. In esso non devono essere riportati i rischi propri dell'attività delle singole imprese appaltatrici o dei singoli lavoratori autonomi, in quanto trattasi di rischi per i quali resta immutato l'obbligo dell'appaltatore di redigere un apposito documento di valutazione e di provvedere all'attuazione delle misure necessarie per ridurre o eliminare al minimo tali rischi.

Non è necessario il DUVRI nella semplice fornitura senza installazione, salvo i casi in cui siano necessarie attività o procedure suscettibili di generare interferenza con la fornitura stessa, come per esempio la consegna di materiali e prodotti nei luoghi di lavoro o nei cantieri (con l'esclusione di quelli ove i rischi interferenti sono stati valutati nel piano di sicurezza e coordinamento); per i servizi per i quali non e' prevista l'esecuzione all'interno della Stazione appaltante, intendendo per «interno» tutti i locali/luoghi messi a disposizione dalla stessa per l'espletamento del servizio, anche non sede dei propri uffici; per i servizi di natura intellettuale, anche se effettuati presso la stazione appaltante. Il DUVRI non è necessario nei contratti rientranti nel campo di applicazione del decreto legislativo n. 494/1996, per i quali occorre redigere il Piano di sicurezza e coordinamento in quanto l'analisi dei rischi interferenti e la stima dei relativi costi sono contenuti nel Piano di sicurezza and coordination.

Irene è partita e tornerà a fine mese, idem per la maggior parte dei miei amici. Insomma, sto vivendo un Agosto romano come non ne vedevo da anni: lungo, sfiancante ma in definitiva attraente, anomalo, interessante. Mi vien voglia di fare come Gassmann ne " Il sorpasso", accalappiare qualcuno e partire per un interminabile ferrragosto dai risvolti incogniti, ma credo mi accontenterò di vivere un' Urbe che apparentemente dorme, si presta al gioco dei forestieri e sonnecchia in attesa del risveglio.
